Global Reviews uses a unique system to help Australasia's largest companies maximize their customer value. Company can measure what it's like to be a customer across three separate channels: website, e-mail and telephone. By objectively evaluating the service a company provide to their customers, and comparing it to competitors, Global Reviews directs clients on how best to use customer service to increase business returns.

Company surveys give you the opportunity to share your thoughts on a variety of industries and to be entered into a drawing to win a great prize. Winners are selected based on the quality of their responses to the key question. It is always an open-ended question and winners are asked to show a combination of originality and creativity in their response. E-mail addresses are collected so that Global Reviews is able to contact people who win the competitions. It is also used, when opted for, to send notification of new surveys.

Prizes include such things as free nights in hotels around Australia and New Zealand, cash prizes and prize packs. Winners will be notified by e-mail. If you do not provide a valid e-mail address, you will not be able to receive the prize.
